Cell growth in NOVAMATRIX-3D™
NOVAMATRIX-3D™ is an effective system to seed, grow and harvest various cell types. NIH3T3, HT29 and hMSC cells showed high viability in NOVAMATRIX-3D™ after cell seeding and encapsulation using NOVATACH™ peptide-coupled alginate. The cells showed excellent metabolic activity and 85-95% viability, demonstrating cell health during encapsulation and dissolution.
